After enduring heavy blows from the Axis of Resistance over the past year, the Israeli regime, along with the United States and its allies, is attempting to intensify the crisis by supporting and militarily backing terrorist groups in Syria, aiming to involve the country and its allies in turmoil. In this context, terrorist groups have declared in statements that they have fully taken control of the city of Saraqib in the Idlib countryside.In another statement, they claimed control over the main square in the city of Aleppo. Al-Arabiya network also reported that the terrorist group Jabhat al-Nusra has occupied the Saadallah al-Jabri Square in Aleppo. However, the Syrian Army and popular forces have inflicted heavy casualties on these groups in the battle.The clashes between the two sides have intensified, with the Syrian Army, supported by air strikes, launching extensive attacks on the terrorist positions. Syrian terrorists claim to have captured 14 neighborhoods in the west, south, and center of Aleppo.The Russian Ministry of Defense has also reported large-scale airstrikes on terrorist positions in Syria. According to the ministry, at least 200 terrorists have been killed in the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib in the last 24 hours.Furthermore, reports have emerged of airstrikes by Russian warplanes and the Syrian Army on terrorist positions near the city of Mare’ in northern Aleppo and the towns of Al-Bara and Benin in southern Idlib.The Russian Coordination Center also announced that more than 600 terrorists have been killed in airstrikes in the Idlib and Aleppo regions over the past two days.The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasized that it will continue targeting terrorist groups and supporting the Syrian government.Meanwhile, the terrorist groups claimed in a statement that they had taken control of the Aleppo governor’s office building and the city’s municipal palace. They also reported controlling areas such as Al-Shay’ar, Al-Firdous, Bab al-Nayrab, and Al-Misr in the center, east, and south of Aleppo.The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also claimed that due to the terrorists’ advance, the communication route between Aleppo and Damascus has been completely blocked.
